Tasks

Responsibility for up to 3-4 Investment Professionals
Book and coordinate meetings, conference calls etc.
Prepare material, update and editing presentations
Travel arrangements and expense reporting
Register and update contacts in database
Project work with portfolio companies, business partners, advisors, lawyers etc.
Coordinate and arrange internal and external conferences and events
Member of the Assistant Team; team work and collaboration within the team, backing up for other team members when needed

Profile

Experience in an international environment and experience from financial services industry or other comparable is considered a benefit
Profound German and English knowledge in spoken and written
Experienced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Skills in G-suite (google mail, google docs etc.) is a plus

Service-minded with a positive “can do” attitude, be one step ahead, effective, proactive
Strong communication skills
Team spirit, strong social competence, outspoken, straightforward and friendly. Humble and down to earth
Quality-driven and structured with attention to details. Rather check everything once more than missing something
Have a personal drive and strive for excellence/success/outperformance.
Willingness to develop and learn. A person who walks the extra mile, takes responsibility and wants to deliver high quality. Committed, dedicated.
