Monday.com’s Munich office is a close-knit, sales-driven team of around 50 colleagues. You will be part of a social culture that values initiative and ownership, with regular social activities and an annual offsite. This role is hands-on and operational: you will be in direct contact with vendors and colleagues every day, switching between German and English as the situation requires. You will work across borders as well, with the London colleagues on events and IT on- and offboarding, and in a weekly exchange with the office management teams in Paris, London and Warsaw. The team will move to a new floor in mid-December which gives you the chance to help shape a workplace that people enjoy. We are looking for someone who spots issues early, takes ownership and wants to make a workplace work for people.
