wide array of strategic advisory, shareholder advisory, restructuring and special situations and private
fund advisory and placement services to corporations, financial sponsors, institutional investors and
governments around the world.

Salary level at approximately €70.000 plus bonus (10%-20%)

  • Be a pioneer, establishing processes and actively help to set up a newly opened branch in Munich
  • On the job introduction training with an assistant in London/Munich 
  • Fully remote work in the month of August and during the time between Christmas and New Year’s

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant in Munich to provide strategic support to all members of the Munich / DACH team working closely with our London and other offices and actively participate to the day-to-day life of the Munich office. The ideal candidate will possess a positive and constructive mindset, strong administrative, organizational and communication skills and have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations.

  • Act as gatekeeper to professionals of the Munich / DACH-coverage team in both Munich and London.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, investors, prospective clients and internal colleagues. 
  • Providing back-up to other administrative assistants, as required
  • Help with the set up and the management of the Munich office (expenses, office supplies purchase, real estate planning, reservation of meeting rooms, taxis, etc.)
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues
  • Cover multiple phone lines, and communicate with clients as requested
  • Send and reply to emails on behalf of professionals; draft other correspondence
  • Research and assist in the development of internal and external meeting materials to ensure professionals are prepared for client pitches, conferences, and speaking engagements (including the preparation of company summaries and key people’s biographies) and follow up on any action items (providing notes from prior meetings, tracking personal client details etc.)
  • Prepare and print presentation materials with attention to quality and detail
  • Proactively seek to learn and understand the business to better assist professionals and/ or clients
  • Arrange travel and reservations for professionals (e.g. flights, cars, hotels etc.), using good judgement with respect to timing and cost; assist with client travel as required
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence as required, including some personal administration
  • Undertake data entry in all applicable databases with a strong attention to detail and integrity of data


We seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience working in financial services, law firms or private equity funds
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail Professional presence, positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, sound judgement, and strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Fluency in German and English is required
