Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to support our journey? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Assistant to join the innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work 20-30 hours per week, supporting office management, leading smaller projects, and handling accounting, administrative, and invoicing tasks that contribute to our mission of revolutionizing natural capital investment through cutting-edge technology.

Tasks

  • Office Management: Assist in day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.
  • Project Leadership: Take charge of smaller projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
  • Accounting and Invoicing: Manage basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and external partners.

Profile

  • Organized and Efficient: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in office management or administrative support.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all tasks.
  • Proactive: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Finance-Savvy: Comfortable with basic accounting tasks and financial management. Basic accounting knowledge and experience with invoicing and financial record-keeping.
  • Passionate About Sustainability: A genuine interest in environmental conservation and sustainable management practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software and willing to learn new technologies as needed. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Previous experience in project management is a plus.
