As Executive Assistant & Office Manager (gn), you will join an established, Munich-based venture capital fund that supports entrepreneurs on their way to building tomorrow’s global technology companies with a positive impact on markets and society. You will work in a small, values-driven and international team that operates with high trust, intellectual curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility. In this role, you will be the trusted right hand to the General Partners, ensuring that calendars, travel and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Together with an experienced team EA for office, team and events, you will create the conditions for the investment team to focus on founders, portfolio and strategy. You will join a very collaborative and down-to-earth environment with experienced partners and an established support function for office, team and events. A structured onboarding is ensured, and you will work closely with the General Partners and the finance/operations function to quickly gain a deep understanding of calendars, travel routines and internal processes. The working style is characterized by trust, autonomy and clear expectations: you are given responsibility early on and are expected to organize your area independently, while always having a sparring partner for questions and alignment. This is a full-time role based on a standard 40-hour workweek. There are occasional peak periods (e.g. during fundraising phases or major events) where additional flexibility and availability are required. This role is designed as a long-term position for someone who enjoys building a stable, reliable support structure in a fast-paced but appreciative environment.
